Claude Vuichard
International Helicopter Safety expert
Claude Vuichard began his pilot career in 1980 in Gruyeres, Switzerland. He has logged over 17’000 flight hours and and flew over 20 different types. He is the developer of the "Vuichard Recovery Technique," a technique so named by Tim Tucker, chief instructor at Robinson Helicopter Company.
Today, he is active as a worldwide helicopter safety expert, as a keynote speaker, an aviation consultant and flight instructor for specialized training (VFR, IFR, NIT NVIS and Aerial Work).
Claude Vuichard received the 2018 Salute to Excellence BLR Aerospace Safety Award from the Helicopter Association International.
